This programme focuses on addressing the greater need for clients to have absolute confidence that their TES provider is legally compliant, engaging in best labour relations practices and able to provide the required management information.
It is a programme that comprises one face-to-face workshop day a quarter across 2019 (i.e. 4 workshop days in total across the year).
The specific themes that will be addressed each quarter are:
- Day 1: Disciplinary action and dismissals – focus on chairing and initiating
- Day 2: Fixed-term contract design, drafting and management
- Day 3: Management Information and Client reporting across all Acts
- Day 4: Disciplinary action short of dismissals, incapacity management and managing leave and absenteeism abuse.
Each of the above sessions will traverse legislative provisions, interpretation, case law, application and examples.
