Renewal

Membership is automatically renewed, based on the completion of the APSO compliance assessment, on an annual basis, upon the anniversary of month of joining APSO. Subscription fees will become immediately due and payable.

Should the Member wish to resign their membership for any reason whatsoever, a resignation notification on company letterhead signed by the owner of the business or their officially nominated proxy, must be sent to APSO Head Office, within 30 days prior to the date of renewal. Failure to do so will result in the Member being invoiced for the following year’s subscriptions and becoming liable for the full payment thereof. It remains the Member’s responsibility to ensure that the resignation notification has been received.

If you fail to renew your membership after the first year, you will be required to re-apply and all formal application processes, site inspections and associated application fees will become enforceable.
