APSO Membership is contingent on your business meeting the criteria stipulated below. This checklist serves as a guide to understanding what documentary evidence you will be asked to provide during your application.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
- Company Registration documents – Pty(Ltd), CC
- Department of Labour Certificate or Acknowledgement letter signed and stamped
- SARS tax certificate
- COIDA certificate
- Letter from a registered institution by law, example: Rand Mutual Assurance
- Letter of acknowledgement of application (signed and stamped)
- Proof of CIPC Annual Return
- Terms & Conditions
- B-BBEEE Certificate or Exemption or Affidavit
FOR TES PROVIDERS
- TES Service Level Agreement
- TES Employment Contract (for Temps)
- SARS tax certificate
